Notice is HEREBY given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed February 8, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-054083, in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida. ACM FLORIDA LN LLC is the Plaintiff and CHIQUITA VILLAS, LLC is the defendant. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 a.m. on the 15th day of March, 2013 the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment:

The Property or its address is commonly known as 5018-5022 Chiquita Blvd. S., Cape Coral, Florida 33914-7449. The Property tax identification number is 16-45-23-C2-04632.0480.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
