NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale filed February 15, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-063653 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as Trustee for the Certificate holders of Structured Asset Mortgage Investments II, Inc., Bear Stearns Mortgage Funding Trust 2007-AR3, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-AR3, Plaintiff and Malcolm Strickland a/k/a M.L. Strickland and Nina Blythe Strickland are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, LINDA DOGGETT, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on March 18, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOTS 3 AND 4, BLOCK 1225, UNIT 19, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGES 121 THROUGH 135, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
