NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed February 15, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-053124 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Agnessa Cipka, Bellasol Condominium 6 Association, Inc., Branislav Cipka, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes , Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 18 day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 2321, BUILDING 23, BELLASOL CONDOMINIUM 6, PHASE I, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN INSTRUMENT NUMBER 2005000136100, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
