NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 15th day of February, 2013, and entered in Case No. 36-2011-CA-050258, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK, FSB is the Plaintiff and DANIEL B STRONG, PORT EDISON CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT(S) and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DANIEL B STRONG IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 17 day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Parcel A:
Lot 74, Port Edison Subdivision, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 11, Page 19 and 20, as recorded in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Parcel B:
A portion of Section 1, Township 44 South, Range 24 East, commencing at the Southeast corner of Lot 74, Port Edison, recorded in Plat Book 11, Pages 19 and 20, Lee County, Florida, said point lying on the Westerly right-of-way line of Sunset Drive; thence 15.00 feet along the arc of a curve to the left said curve having a radius of 425.00 feet, a central angle of 02Ëš01'20” and a chord of 15.00 feet which bears South 23Ëš23'45” East to a point of circular curvature for the Point of Beginning; said point lying on the said Westerly right-of-way; thence South 67Ëš36'55” West along the Southerly line of said parcel as recorded in O.R. Book 1971, Page 807, a distance of 156.17 feet to a point lying in the Westerly prolongation of said Lot 74; thence South 62Ëš07'32” East along the prolongation of said Westerly line a distance of 0.54 feet to a point lying in the centerline of a concrete seawall as constructed as of 1/2/03; thence North 72Ëš31'42” East along said seawall a distance of 157.12 feet to a point of circular curvature and lying on said Westerly right-of-way; thence 13.89 feet along the arc of a curve to the right, said curve having a radius of 425.00 feet, a central angle of 01Ëš52'21”, and a chord of 13.89 feet which bears North 25Ëš20'36” to the Point of Beginning.
Parcel C:
From the Southeast corner of Lot 74 of Port edison, according to the Plat thereof recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in Plat Book 11, Page 20 (said Southeast corner of Lot 74 being the intersection of Sunrise Drive with the North line of a walkway shown on said Plat); thence Southeasterly along the West line of Sunrise Drive for 15 feet; thence Westerly and parallel with the Southerly line of said Lot 74 to an intersection with the waters of a boat basin; thence Northeasterly and Easterly along the waters of said boat basin to an intersection with the West line of said Lot 74 extended Southerly; thence North along said extended West line of Lot 74 to the Southwest corner of Lot 74; thence Easterly along the South line of Lot 74 to the Point of Beginning.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
