OLIVER; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR WILMINGTON FINANCE, INC. and UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, are defendants.
