Final Judgement was filed on February 13, 2013 in Civil Case No.:08-CA-010603, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE STRUCTURED ASSET INVESTMENT LOAN TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-6 is the Plaintiff, and, JOHN M. GRAFF; CHERYL A. GRAFF; AMERICAN SERVICING AND RECOVERY GROUP, LLC; JOHN DOE N/K/A JUSTIN J. GRAFF; JANE DOE N/K/A AARON M. GRAFF; CAPE CORAL CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com , at 9:00 AM on March 15, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 29 AND 30, BLOCK 1404, UNIT 18, CAPE CORAL, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGES 96 THROUGH 120, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
