Notice is given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on the 20 day of February, 2013, in Civil Action No. 12-CC-005440, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which VERANDAH COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and DOUGLAS E. DERVIN, JONI DERVIN and COTTONWOOD BEND AT VERANDAH CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 25 day of March, 2013, the following described real property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Lee County, Florida:
Unit 1106 in Building No. 11 of COTTONWOOD BEND AT VERANDAH, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Instrument Number 2005000188261, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
