F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P., is the Plaintiff and KENNETH T. WARD; BRITTANY SINIFT A/K/A BRITTANY A. SINIFT; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 25 day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
