NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed the 21 day of February, 2013, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-20382, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein TAYLOR, BEAN & WHITAKER MORTGAGE CORPORATION is the Plaintiff and STEVEN BRAUNSTEIN, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR FIRST MAGNUS FINANCIAL CORPORATION, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF STEVE BRAUNSTEIN, JOHN DOE, JANE DOE and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 25 day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK D, MARSH LANDING, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 58, PAGES 42 THROUGH 49, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
