NOTICE OF PUBLIC SALE
OF PERSONAL PROPERTY
Notice is hereby given that the Landlord will sell at public sale by competitive bidding, the personal property that was abandoned at 3580 Metro Parkway, Fort Myers, Florida by ROMA GRANITE, INC., former tenant. Such personal property consists of:
Furniture, tools, and equipment used in business of granite sales, fabrication and installation:
Showroom furniture and displays; Breakroom furniture and appliances; Office machines (computers, calculators, copy machine, printer/scanner/fax, etc.); Office furniture, supplies and equipment; Granite samples; Full and partial granite slabs and remnants; Spectra 6600 IT Cutting Machine; Hydraulic table; Steel tables; Granite stands and racks; Slab carts; Air compressors.
The sale shall be at 1:00 PM on Thursday, March 14, 2013, at 3580 Metro Parkway, Fort Myers, Florida.
The property may be viewed at 3580 Metro Parkway, Fort Myers, Florida, beginning at 12:30 PM on Thursday, March 14, 2013, immediately prior to the sale.
The property will be sold to the highest bidder for cash only, and may be sold in one or more lots or pieces, at the discretion of the Seller. The property will be sold in its present, “as is/where is” condition, without warranty or guarantee of any kind. The Seller/Landlord may bid at the sale. Any item or items may be withdrawn from sale by the Seller/Landlord prior to final sale. All property sold must be removed from the premises by the successful buyer within 72 hours following the conclusion of the sale.
Personal checks or business checks will not be accepted. All payments must be made in cash, or by cashier's check or official bank check payable to “Gordon H. Coffman, Attorney Trust Account.” The successful buyer must make a deposit of a minimum of twenty-five percent (25%) of the final bid immediately upon conclusion of the sale, and must pay the balance in full by 4:00 PM on the date of sale. If the successful buyer fails to pay the balance in full by 4:00 PM on the date of sale, the deposit will be forfeited, and the sale will resume at 4:00 PM on Thursday, March 14, 2013.
