NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting the Foreclosure Sale filed the 21 day of February, 2013, and entered in Case No. 36-2010-CA-052557, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff and BANK OF AMERICA NA, WILLIAM H. DEFAVEN, JR. A/K/A WILLIAM H.DEHAVEN, MELISSA TSCHARI DEHAVEN and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 28 day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
