MANDEL; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SOL J. MANDEL, IF ANY; CITIBANK, FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION,

Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 22 day of February, 2013, and entered in case No. 11-CC-001557 in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein PARK FOUR AT LAKEWOOD CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and SOL J. MANDEL and CITIBANK, FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 26 day of April, 2013 the following property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Unit 307, PARK FOUR AT LAKEWOOD, a condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in O.R. Book 3809, Page 1512, as amended, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus proceeds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
