NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed February 22, 2013, and entered in 12-CA-057211 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida , wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERIQUEST MORTGAGE SECURITIES INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-R1, is the Plaintiff and CHARLES SAYLES A/K/A CHARLES W. SAYLES; MARGARET SAYLES A/K/A MARGARET M. SAYLES; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM on March 28, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
lot(s) 15 AND 16, BLOCK 1834, UNIT 45 PART 1, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE (S) 135 TO 150, INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
