NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed February 25, 2013, and entered in 11-CA-052226 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC, is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST RYAN MICHAEL VANDERSON A/K/A RYAN M. VANDERSON; PATRICIA VANDERSON; VICTORIA COVE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; RYANN VANDERSON, A MINOR, BY AND THROUGH HER NATURAL LEGAL GUARDIAN, PATRICIA VANDERSON; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). LINDA DOGGETT as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM on March 28, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 7 OF VICTORIA COVE CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2758, PAGE 2872 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
