NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgement was awarded on February 22, 2013 in Civil Case No. 12-CA-54857, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff, and NORMAN DURAND; KELLY DURAND are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Linda Doggett will sell to the highest bidder for cash on Beginning 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes on the 25 day of March, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 17 AND 18, BLOCK 2, FORT MYERS SHORES, UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGES 151 THROUGH 154, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
