NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 22 day of February, 2013, and entered in Case No. 36-2009-CA-061532, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is the Plaintiff and KEVIN B. BESS, WOODBRIDGE AT BONITA GOLF CLUB HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., SHERRI A. BESS and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 25 day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 62 OF BONITA SPRINGS GOLF CLUB VILLAS, FIRST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 55, PAGE(S) 3 THROUGH 5, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
