Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida, I will sell the property situate in Lee County, Florida, described as:
A tract or parcel located in Section 3, Township 45 South, Range 22 East, Pine Island, Lee County, Florida, as follows: From the Northwest corner of Section 3, run East along the North line of said Section North 89Ëš04'50” East for 1385.85 feet to the Northeast corner of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of said Section 3; thence run Southerly along the East line of said fraction South 00Ëš07'30” West for 2032.13 feet; thence run Easterly along the centerline of a 40 foot wide drainage easement North 89Ëš04'30” East for 348.82 feet to the centerline of a 60 foot wide roadway easement called Redwood Drive. Thence run South 135.60 feet along said centerline to the POINT OF BEGINNING. From said POINT OF BEGINNING run East 348.97 feet; thence South 135.53 feet; thence West 349.13 feet; thence North 135.53 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
