NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 11, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 29-2012-CA-002761 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 1st day of April, 2013, on the 2nd FLOOR OF THE GEORGE E. EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202 located at 800 EAST TWIGGS STREET, in TAMPA, Florida, in accordance with section 45.031, Florida Statutes, using the following method: 10:00 a.m.via the website : http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com , or relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT C-4; 1301 SOHO, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 19, PAGE 214, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 14598 PAGE 1016, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANCE THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
