J of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE, FOR CARRINGTON HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2005-NC4 ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, Plaintiff and WALID SLEIMAN, ET AL; are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, At www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45, FLORIDA STATUTES, AT 10:00 AM, on MARCH 27, 2013, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
