Building 4 Unit 2, of Bay Pointe Colony, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof as recorded in Official Records Book 17517, Pages 698 - 835, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
