NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated February 12, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-028307 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR WAMU MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-PR3, is Plaintiff, and HECTOR A. POVEDA, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00AM at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 02 day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 921, at THE GRAND OASIS AT CARROLLWOOD, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 16097, Page 0420, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
