NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 18, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2011-CA-000749 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which OneWest Bank, FSB, is the Plaintiff and Brian Livingston, Melissa Livingston, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., acting solely as nominee for Amnet Mortgage, Inc., dba American Mortgage Network of Florida, Panther Trace Homeowners' Association, Inc., Tenant #1 n/k/a Kate Simko, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 8th day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
