NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the final summary judgment of foreclosure entered on January 23, 2013, in Case No. 11-CA014281 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, in which SYNOVUS BANK a/k/a SYNOVUS BANK OF TAMPA BAY is plaintiff, and HYPRO, INC. a/k/a HYPRO, INC., d/b/a HYDRAULIC PROFESSIONALS; HYPRO REAL ESTATE, LLC; ROBERT STRAZZ; and SHERRI STRAZZ are defendants, Pat Frank, Clerk of Circuit Court, Hillsborough County, will sell at a public sale the following described property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida:
1302 N. 34th St, Tampa, Florida 33605, bearing parcel ID A-17-29-19- 400-000031-00022.0 and folio number 176046-0000, and more particularly described as Lots 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27 and 28, Block 31, EL VALLE DE TAMPA, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 1, page 81, Public records of Hillsborough County, Florida LESS road right of way described as follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot 28 run thence West 10 feet, then Northeasterly 95.62 feet, thence East 5.32 feet, thence South 95.5 feet to the point of beginning, Block 31, EL VALLE DE TAMPA, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 1, page 81, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida; along with all buildings improvements, fixtures, equipment, personal property, and appurtenances erected or existing thereupon or employed in connection with the use of the above-described property as more particularly described in the Mortgage; all of Hypro's and Hypro RE's equipment, fixtures, inventory, accounts, instruments, chattel paper, general intangibles, documents, deposit accounts, and two trucks bearing VIN numbers 1GCDC14Z2PZ257304 and 1FTCR10A7LUB26712, plus other property more particularly described in the First Security Agreement and those certain UCC-1 Financing Statements bearing numbers 200706744177, 200706742166, 200706880933, and 200706744169; and all of Hypro's and Hypro RE's equipment, fixtures, inventory, accounts, instruments, chattel paper, general intangibles, documents, and deposit accounts, plus other property more particularly described in the Second Security Agreement, plus the yellow item depicted in the photographs attached to the final order, commonly referred to as the nut breaker.
The sale will be held online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on March 28, 2013 beginning at 10:00A.M. to the highest and best bidder for cash in accordance with Section 45.031 of the Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
