NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 5, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-009009, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO FIRST LIBERTY BANK, is Plaintiff and AARON M. LEMUS; MARY DOE N/K/S MARIA ABELLA; CHANNEL VIEW CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION II, INC., are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 21st day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 11, CHANNEL VIEW CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 4130 ON PAGE 1324 AND ALL AMENDMENTS AND ATTACHMENTS THERETO, AND ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 6 ON PAGE 68, AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 6 ON PAGE 50, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS DECLARATED IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM TO BE AN APPURTENANCE TO THE ABOVE DESCRIBED UNIT, AND TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL LIMITED COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
