NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 21, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-029324, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, A DELAWARE LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, is Plaintiff and MARK A. LOGSDON; SHERRY D. LOGSDON N/K/A SHERRY DAWN RARDOR, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 5th day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 10, KINGSWAY DOWNS UNIT THREE, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 48, PAGE 68, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
