Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on October 26, 2012, in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, Pat Frank, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as:
LOT 62, WATSON GLEN PHASE I, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 109, PAGES 71 THROUGH 74, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBORUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 11441 DUTCH IRIS DRIVE, RIVERVIEW, FL 33569; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, Sales will be held at the Hillsborough County auction website at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on March 20, 2013 at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
