NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 28th day of January, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-004547, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and BARBARA DRANGLE; THE GRAND AT OLDE CARROLLWOOD CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) N/K/A CHARLOTTE KETTERING and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 18th day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 6, BUILDING 31, THE GRAND AT OLDE CARROLLWOOD CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 15829, PAGE 0777, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
