NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 29th day of January, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-021236, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff and LELAND R. TANNER, KRISTIN O. TANNER A/K/A KRISTEN O. TANNER and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 18th day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK 4, MONTCLAIR MEADOW THIRD UNIT, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGE 46 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA;
LESS THE FOLLOWING PARCEL;
BEGIN AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 11, RUN THENCE SOUTH 17 DEGREES 23 MINUTES 36 SECONDS EAST, 150.31 FEET TO THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 11, THENCE NORTH 89 DEGREES 59 MINUTES 43 SECONDS WEST, 17.0 FEET, THENCE NORTH 11 DEGREES 01 MINUTES 45 SECONDS WEST, 146 15 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
