NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 28, 2011 and Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale February 20, 2013 and entered in Case No. 10-Cc-019190 Div. I, of the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein South Fork of Hillsborough County Homeowners Association, Inc. is Plaintiff, and Michael Heimbach, as Trustee under that certain Land Trust dated the 10th day of February, 2010 and referred to as the 13603 Ogakor Drive Land Trust and Citibank, N.A. are Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on April 12, 2013, in an online sale at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 50, Block A, South Fork Unit 1, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 92, Page 56, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
