NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated February 5, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-4660 DIV J UCN: 292011CA004660XXXXXX of the Circuit Court in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and CLAUDE T. ADAMS A/K/A CLAUDE ADAMS; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR FIRST MAGNUS FINANCIAL CORPORATION MIN# 100039281562703792; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CLAUDE T. ADAMS A/K/A CLAUDE ADAMS; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2; and ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED, are Defendants, PAT FRANK, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m.on the 26 day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK 6, NORTH YBOR BEING A SUBDIVISION OF BOOKER AND FERNANDEZ SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 75, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THAT PORTION OF THE SOUTH 1/2 OF VACATED ALLEY LYING NORTH AND ADJACENT TO SAID LOT 10, BLOCK 6; LESS THAT PART DEEDED TO THE CITY OF TAMPA IN O.R. BOOK 2104, PAGE 109.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
Pursuant to Florida Statute 45.031(2), this notice shall be published twice, once a week for two consecutive weeks, with the last publication being at least 5 days prior to the sale.
