NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 19, 2013, andentered in Case No. 2012-CC-021093, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein South Fork of Hillsborough County Homeowners Association, Inc. is Plaintiff, and Katonya G. Thomas is Defendant, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on April 12, 2013, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 31, Block B, SOUTH FORK UNIT 1, according to plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 92, page 56 Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
