NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on February 4, 2013, in Case No. 12-CA-002359of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit for Hillsborough County, Florida, in which Regions Bank D/B/A Regions Mortgage, is Plaintiff, and JUAN MARIN, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, online via the internet at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on the 25th day of March, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 5, PARRISH HOME, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 39, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
