Final Judgment was awarded on January 24, 2013 in Civil Case No: 29-2009-CA-015163, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. , SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is the Plaintiff, and, FLOYD SHIELDS; JOHN DOE N/K/A OMAR DAVIS; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
