NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 21, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2010-CA-010136 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., successor in interest to Wachovia Mortgage, F.S.B. f/k/a World Savings Bank, F.S.B., is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, James Leidy, deceased, Hapshire Villas Homeowner's Association, Inc., Mary Beth Leidy Peterson a/k/a Mary Beth Peterson, as an Heir of the Estate of James Leidy, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 11th day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
