NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 21, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2009-CA-018300 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which U.S. Bank, National Association, as successor trustee to Bank of America, N. A. as successor by merger to LaSalle Bank N. A., as Trustee for Merrill Lynch First Franklin Mortgage Loan Trust, Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-H1, is the Plaintiff and Alexis Fernandez, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for First Franklin Financial Corp. an OP. SUB. Of MLB&T CO. FSB, The Unknown Spouse of Alexis Fernandez n/k/a Cecilia Martinez, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 11th day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
