Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure or Order dated February 21, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 09-CC-031596 DIV. L, in the COUNTY Court in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein COPPERFIELD TOWNHOMES HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff, and MARIA ZOQUIEL, et al., are the Defendants, I will sell the property situated in HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, described as:
Lot 1, Block 4, COPPERFIELD TOWNHOMES, according to the map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 61, Page 2, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 12th day of April, 2013. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
