NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 5th day of April 2013 at 10:00 a.m. at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk shall offer for sale the following described real property:
Lot 5, Block 14, of OSPREY RUN TOWNHOMES, PHASE 2, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 91, Page 12, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
with the property address of 6247 Osprey Lake Circle, Riverview, FL 33578-8909
together with all structures, improvements, fixtures, appliances, and appurtenances on said land or used in conjunction therewith.
The aforesaid sale will be made pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment entered in Civil No. 12 018720 pending in the COUNTY Court of the thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale must file a claim with the Clerk no later than 60 days after the sale.
