NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed December 2, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-019390 of the Circuit Court of the HIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff and TAMIE L. MARTIN TAMIE MARTIN, are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 18th day of March, 2013 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 25, in Block 10, of Kings Lake Phase 3, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 94, Page 12, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
