NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 29, 2013 in the above action, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Hillsborough, Florida, on March 18, 2013, at 10:00 A.M., at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com for the following described property:
Unit 3101, at THE GRANDE OASIS AT CARROLLWOOD, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 16097, Page 0420, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
