NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated FEBRUARY 19, 2010, and entered in Case No. 29-2008-CA-005078 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2006-6, is the Plaintiff and FAHIM T. SULEIMAN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF FAHIM T. SULEIMAN NKA SAHAR SULEIMAN; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Tampa, FL 33602, at 10:00 a.m. on MARCH 20, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 27, BLOCK 37, OF HERITAGE HARBOR VILLAGE 17, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 94, PAGES 13-1 THROUGH 13-5 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
