NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated February 15, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 08-CA-021659 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 5th day of April, 2013, using the following method: 10:00 a.m.via the website : http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, or relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK “E”, COUNTRY HAVEN ON BULLFROG CREEK ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF , AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 58, PAGE 32 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ALONG WITH THE 1987 DOUBLEWIDE MOBILE HOME, ID #14603244A TITLE #44944993 AND ID #14603244B TITLE #44945008.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
