NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated February 12, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-016656 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein JP MORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff, and CRISTO A. DELGADO, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00AM at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 02 day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lots 369, 370, 371, 372, 373 and 374, Block 8, of Homelands, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 14, Page 12, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
