NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated NOVEMBER 29, 2012, and entered in Case No. 10013558CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is the Plaintiff and SUSAN L. SANFORD AKA SUSAN L. GREGORY; WILLIAM S. SANFORD; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on MARCH 18, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 5, JAN-CORY SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 47, PAGE 64, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
