NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 26th day of February, 2013, entered in the above-captioned action, Case No. 29-2011-CA-016462, the Clerk shall offer for sale to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 A.M. at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on June 11, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said final judgment, to wit:
Lot 1, Block 27, EXTENSION OF COLLINS ADDITION, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 38 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, FLorida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
