NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 19, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10-005108-CI-11 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Chase Home Mortgage, LLC, is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees or other Claimants claiming, by, through, under or against Sharon Kay Selle, deceased, Charles Selle, III, Personal Representative of the Estate of Sharon Kay Selle, deceased, Jennifer DuVall, Lake Tarpon Mobile Home Village Association, Inc., Charles Selle, III, James Selle, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 5th day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
