NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 19, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-006244 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, successor in interest to Wachovia Mortgage, F.S.B. f/k/a World Savings Bank, F.S.B., is the Plaintiff and Dyck Jacob Franz a/k/a Jacob Franz: Dyck, as Trustee of the Gallery Trust, Christine Tran, as Trustee under the provisions of a trust agreement dated June 4, 2004 known as the Christine Tran Trust Agreement, The Unknown Beneficiaries of the Christine Tran Trust Agreement, The Unknown Beneficiaries of the Gallery Trust, Christine Tran, Tenant #1 n/k/a William Oehlke, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 5th day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
