NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 19, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-1832-CO-42, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HARBOR CLUB CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and JOANNA MAZUREK, IZABELLA SZPYRKA, and MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTMES, INC are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on April 5, 2013, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit No. 231 of Harbor Club, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in O.R. Book 14638 at page 532 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with all amendments thereto, if any, and together with an undivided interest in the common elements thereof in accordance with said declaration.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
