NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 19, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-011168-CO , of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein is COUNTRYBROOK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. Plaintiff, and RONALD B. GOODMAN and UNKNOWN TENANT, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on April 5, 2013, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit Number 13-A, of COUNTRYBROOK CONDOMINIUM I PHASE I, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in O.R. Book 5393, page 1569, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, and recorded in Condominium Plat Book 63, page 1, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and all amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
