YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff herein in the following described property:
That certain condominium parcel composed of Apartment No. 50 in Building No. 6061, together with an undivided 0.3187% interest or share in the common elements appurtenant to said apartment in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of THE SYLVETTE, a Condominium, as recorded in Official Records Book 4816, Pages 1768 through 1849, and the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 32, Pages 70 through 76, both of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; the street address of which is: 6061 2nd Street E Apt 50, St. Petersburg, FL 33706.
