NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated January 29, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2010-CA-006997 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc., Plaintiff and Malcolm Flakes and Gloria Flakes, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, KEN BURKE, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on March 14, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOTS 27 AND 28 BRYN-MAWR SUBN. NO. 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 63, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
